Rachael Hays is our new Transformation Director. Joining the company after two years with RM PLC, a provider of learning resources and technology products to educational organisations, she will now head up the Definia transformation practice based in its London office.

With a track record of implementing new strategies and initiatives to improve business processes and products, Hays will aim to bring direction and vision to Definia’s digital transformation, change management, and delivery. Her varied, client-facing role will also see her supporting the company’s project management offering.
